- 2. Review and Approval of Constructed Pages
- We review, with you, the website we've constructed in conjunction with the written website specifications and document any changes to be made. We then collect the 2nd 1/3 payment.
We work with and direct you on how to choose a hosting package that's right for your website and company. We are an authorized affiliate of Hostway Corporation. The size, space required and traffic for your website help determine the hosting plan that is best for your company.
- 3. Upload Pages to Hostway Web Server
- We review the final pages with you based upon your written specifications prior to uploading your pages to your web host server. We make sure all of the account information with Hostway is in your company name, so you will need to provide us with your account name and password so we can upload your pages. At this time we will collect the final 1/3 payment .
- 4. Promote/Register Your Website
- We will register your website with the following 10 major search engines/directories and up to 5 industry specific (e.g. trade association or trade directories) search engines of your choice:

- 5. Ongoing Maintenance
- In accordance with the service options you chose when you signed the Website Design and Maintenance agreement, we will update and maintain your website. The term of the maintenance is one year from the date of the agreement. Renewals for subsequent periods can be negotiated and executed with a new agreement and terms at the time the initial agreement expires.
