2. Web Site Organization:

Your site is organized much like a filing cabinet.  Here are some examples of pages you might want for your site and the various types of content that you might find within those pages:

·         This is a great inexpensive approach to recruit qualified applicants and or provide existing employees with company information on policies, procedures, benefits, etc.

6. Background Color / Texture

You have to be careful in choosing background colors/textures because sometimes it makes the text hard to read and certain colors can be offensive in different cultures. We prefer white backgrounds with color borders because they are easiest to read and make a site look “clean”. Do you have a preference?

We will scan and include photos (2 per page, otherwise there will be an additional charge for scanning and placing). You can provide the photos, clipart or graphics you wish to be included, or you can give us an idea of what you desire and we will find and place it for you if possible.

If you would like sound included in your page that can be done by supplying us with a Wav Midi file. (Keep it small, otherwise, no one will stick around long enough for it to download and hear it)

15. Other Services

·         Counter – let’s you know how many people visit your page.

·         Guest book – visitors can sign and leave comments.

·         Newsletter – A way to collect client information for mailing lists etc.

·         Auto-responders – provides an immediate automatic response to email hyperlinks on your site.  It allows you to have a message sent notifying the sender that your company has received their email.  You can also thank them for their email and let them know that they will be contacted soon.

·         Email Aliases – allows you to forward email to another address without letting the sender know that it is being forwarded.  (i.e. sales@yourcompany.com can be sent to mred@aol.com)

·         Fill-in Email Forms – this allows your visitors to fill in forms on-line such as questionnaires, sign up for newsletters, request product information or catalogs, etc. The request is then forwarded to you in an email format.
